MENORRHAGIA (Heavy menstrual bleeding)

I will not discuss hysterectomy or uterine fibroid embolization here ,as this is covered in other parts of my website.  What I do want to discuss is a specific operation called hysteroscopic endometrial resection ,used to treat menorrhagia where fibroids have been excluded and there are no polyps or cancers present.
